anyways only for one direction to arrive a couple years later and just blow that theory out of the water. harry wasn't even not labeling his sexuality yet and fangirls were fabricating gayness for them. the only reason this didnt happen with the jonas brothers (as much) is bc they were brothers, if they weren't related (or being realistic even if they were just like cousins) joe/nick would've been on.

if justin bieber had come out as gay the fangirls would not have been devastated into never having crushes again. they would've celebrated like nobody's ever celebrated. a whole generation of fujoshi would've been unlocked.
